Editor’s Comments: All GSI cookware is excellent quality and well thought out, you just have to decide what size of kit you want and what type of finish you need in the cooking pot. I also like the way the handle is sprung to hold the lid on in transport. A neat Kit.
The Teflon non-stick finish of the pinnacle range is exceptional. Take a close look at the abrasion test photo after 5000 cycles. GSI say you can use metal spoons and sporks with this non-stick, its that tough, but not sharp knives.
