Editor Comments: Hard anodised aluminium is stronger and harder than regular aluminium and the smooth surface makes it ‘almost non-stick’.
It doesn’t have a non-stick coating so there is nothing to scratch off, which means you can use metal cutlery without causing damage.
I use a Quick Solo pot (small version of the above), for cooking all kinds of food and I can cook scrambled eggs without burning or sticking, (although a good omelette might be too much to ask for and you have to pay constant attention).
