Editor’s Comments: Hard anodised aluminium is stronger and harder than regular aluminium so the Trail Lite is rugged and dependable.  Where non-stick linings are desirable for cooking delicate foods such as omelettes, most people will be keeping to wet or dry packet foods when in the hills. Most foods won’t stick to the hard anodised finish and it is relatively easy to clean. The trick is to stir you food regularly to keep it moving, use a moderate heat rather than cranking your stove up to the maximum, and never walk away from your food while it’s cooking.
The lid locks in place so you can store a small stove, a brew kit and a snack inside, which is easy to grab whenever you want to stop for a quick break.
