Nordisk Svalbard Si Tent

The Nordisk Svalbard Si Tent is a tough and practical one person tent perfect for rough British weather all year round. The 1.7kg Silicone coated Nylon Svalbard has been tested in the Nordisk wind tunnel to 89 miles per hour continuous wind speed. That’s an impressive Category 12 Hurricane rating, which is as high as the testing model goes. You can see the test in the video further down this page.
The Svalbard has more internal space than most one person tents, with a full metre head height and 115cm shoulder width. The square top pole design adds width to the head space without adding height to the structure and keeps the inner off your sleeping bag at the foot end.
Air scoop style air vents front and rear encourage through flow for improved ventilation and the putting the tent up is quick and simple with the aid of snap buckles and tension pull straps. See the assembly video for details.
